UNDIVIDES is official!

To the board and all of the UNDIVIDES supporters
and volunteers, I am excited to report we've been able
to obtain our 501c-3 non-proft status from the IRS. As
an "official" non-profit, we are now bound to abide by
rules governing such organizations. We'll be moving
swiftly in the next 2-3 months to spiff up the website
and get some new projects rolling in SF.
On the table at this point:
* Launch a community website for UNDVIDES
* finalize all state and federal paperwork
* prepare for tax 08-09
* write up our operations handbook to define what needs to be done when to comply with our new 501c-3 requirements
* finalize our Board of Directors
* finalize our officer seats
* begin development of our TeckEX-Fu project
* launch a new trial in collaboration with an SF educational or advocacy group
* start working on funding sources
Thanks for all who supported UNDIVIDES directly from inception in 2006 to the present day!
